Doctor on morning walk hit by train while crossing tracks, dies
Ajmer: In a tragic incident, a 35-year-old doctor from a private hospital in Nasirabad allegedly lost his life after being struck by a train while crossing a railway track in Subhash Nagar, Ajmer.
According to the police, the doctor who worked at a private hospital in Nasirabad tragically lost his life after being struck by a train. The doctor, identified as Dr Shanker Lal Choudhary, was a resident of Subhash Nagar.

The tragic accident claimed the doctor's life after he failed to notice an oncoming train due to poor visibility caused by haze. While attempting to cross the tracks, he was hit by the train and succumbed to his injuries on the spot.
Following the incident, the eyewitnesses immediately informed the police and a preliminary investigation was conducted. During the probe, the eyewitnesses said that the doctor was a regular morning walker, TOI reports.
Subsequently, the police registered a case and sent his body for post-mortem. Further, investigation in this regard is underway.
Medical Dialogues had earlier reported that three doctors from the Ballari Institute of Medical Sciences (BIMS) lost their lives in a car crash, and another doctor sustained critical injuries after their speeding car rammed into a roadside tree near Vidapanakal village in Anantapur district.
