The decision was taken during a high-level review meeting chaired by Secretary Ranjana Rajguru at the Directorate of Ayurvedic and Unani Services in Dehradun.
This move aims to streamline workflows, reduce delays, and ensure greater transparency and accountability in government functioning. To reinforce discipline, biometric attendance has also been made compulsory for all employees, along with mandatory training through the iGOT Karmayogi portal.
