AIIMS NORCET 10 exam dates out

New Delhi: The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has released the schedule for the AIIMS NORCET 10 recruitment examination 2026.
This examination is conducted as a national-level eligibility test to select Nursing Officers for AIIMS institutions across the country.
AIIMS will soon release the NORCET 10 notification on its official website. The online application form will be made available after the notification is published. Candidates will be required to complete the registration process online only.
According to the annual calendar, the preliminary examination (Stage I) is scheduled for April 11, 2026. However, the preliminary results are expected on April 16, 2026. Following this, the main examination (Stage II) will be held on April 30, 2026, and the final results are expected on May 11, 2026. Separate admit cards will be issued for each stage.
To be eligible to appear for the exam, applicants must meet the age and educational requirements. The age limit is 18 to 30 years, with relaxations for reserved categories. SC/ST candidates receive a five-year relaxation, OBC candidates a three-year relaxation, and PWBD candidates a ten-year relaxation. Additional relaxations apply for PWBD candidates belonging to OBC or SC/ST categories and for ex-servicemen.
Educational qualifications include BSc Nursing, B.Sc. (Hons) Nursing, Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing, or a Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery. Candidates must be registered with the State or Indian Nursing Council. Meanwhile, the Diploma holders are also required to have two years of post-qualification hospital experience.
The application fee is Rs 3000 for General and OBC categories. SC, ST, and EWS candidates have to pay Rs 2400. PWBD candidates are exempt from paying any fee. The fee is non-refundable. To apply, candidates must visit the official website of AIIMS New Delhi, register with basic details, fill out the online form, upload the required documents, and pay the fee using online payment methods.
