FIR lodged against doctor for not paying rent of hospital amounting to Rs 55 lakh

Ahmedabad: An FIR has been lodged by the landlord against a doctor who rented a building and later opened a hospital, on grounds of not paying the rent amounting to Rs 55 lakh. Ahmedabad: An FIR has been lodged by the landlord against a doctor who rented a building and later opened a hospital, on grounds of not paying the rent amounting to Rs 55 lakh. A case of breach of trust and cheating has been registered by Maninagar police and the police have already begun an investigation.
The five people were Harsh Pathak, Hitesh Misharia, Sandip Shah, Gagji Dhamelia, and Mehul Panchal who signed the agreement with the landlord.
