Hyderabad: Female doctor booked for allegedly beating watchman; Video goes viral
Hyderabad: A Hyderabad based female doctor has recently been booked by the Chanda Nagar police for allegedly abusing and manhandling the watchman of an apartment in Reddy colony.
According to a recent media report, the incident took place on Monday and it came to the notice after a video went viral on social media where the doctor was purportedly seen thrashing the watchmen and even repeatedly attacking him with her footwear.
In the viral video, the doctor was spotted in front of an apartment in her car. It has been reported that the doctor went to the colony to pay a visit to her mother. Earlier, she had an argument with her mother following which she had instructed the watchman not to permit the female doctor to enter into the apartment.
Telangana Today reports that following the instruction of the doctor's mother to not allow the doctor without permission, the watchman stopped the doctor at the gate and did not allow her to enter the apartment. Then a heated argument took place and the female doctor allegedly took off her footwear and thrashed the watchman. The whole incident was recorded in the video and the video went viral the very next day.

The police soon lodged the complaint against the female doctor after which she has been booked. The police informed the daily, "On several occasions earlier too, the security guard had stopped the doctor due to instructions from her mother. The same happened on Monday. However, she got furious and thrashed the watchman."
Though an arrest has not been made yet, the police are investigating the case.
