Medical Dialogues is medical and health news platform, committed to delivering accurate, evidence-based, and timely information to healthcare professionals, patients, and the general public. Medical Dialogues was founded in 2015 by health researcher Meghna A Singhania and Cardiologist and President of National Medical Forum Dr. Prem Aggarwal with an aim to update and empower medical and healthcare professionals of India. Its official newsletter caters more than 3.5 lakh doctors across 24 specialsiations.

With the rise of outrageous claims on social media and the rampant spread of medical misinformation and disinformation, In 2023, Medical Dialogues set up an independent fact checking unit to fact check health and medical claims as well as false claims related to medical education in India. Our fact-checking unit works independently with leading doctors of the country as well as medical organisations to rigorously verify claims, ensuring that the information we provide is accurate, trustworthy, and aligned with the latest evidence-based practices in healthcare.

Medical Dialogues is owned and operated by Minerva Medical Treatment Pvt Ltd, a private limited company registered under Companies Act 1956 ( now Companies Act, 2013). The company is engaged in the business of Medical Dialogues. The company relies on advertising revenue from various advertisers on its platform for its revenue. However, the advertisements are clearly different from the editorial content and no source of funding can have any impact or influence on the editorial independence. No member of the Medical Dialogues editorial team has any third party influence that may impact their decision. Medical Dialogues, operated by Minerva Medical Treatment Pvt Ltd is primarily funded by advertising revenue and investments from its directors. Our directors include Meghna A Singhania( DIN: No 03172078), Anita Aggarwal (DIN No: 00265689), Dr Prem Aggarwal (DIN No: 00228410) and Vidushpat Singhania ( DIN No: 07309371)

The revenue comes from advertisements from varied sources, including direct banner advertisement as well as programmatic advertisements such as Google Ads and also event sponsorships

In 2023, Medical Dialogues was selected in the Google News Initiative Startups Lab India’s second cohort. This program was a collaboration between Google News Initiative (GNI), Anymind Group and T-Hub, where GNI supports high-quality reporting for local communities, niche audiences and/or previously underserved communities across India. Medical Dialogues received USD 14000 from Google News Initiative under the GNI Startup Lab program.
