DME Gujarat Releases 2nd Round Schedule for PG Ayurveda, Homoeopathy Admissions 2024-25, Online Registration Begins Today

Gujarat- The Director of Medical Education (DME) Gujarat has released the schedule for the 2nd round of online registration for the admission of Government and Management seats of postgraduate Ayurveda and Homoeopathy courses in Government and Self-Financed colleges of Gujarat State (Including 15 % AIQ Seats of Ayurvedic and Homeopathy Post-Graduate Courses in Self-Financed colleges) for the academic year 2024-25.

As per the schedule, the online PIN purchase from the website of the Admission Committee and registration & document upload started today i.e. 09 October 2024 10:00 am till 11 October 2024 02:00 pm.

REGISTRATION FEE

For online registration, PIN can be purchased through online payment of Rs. 2000/- + Rs.10,000 = Total Rs.12,000/- from the official website of DME Gujarat. After online Registration, the candidate has to upload the required documents. There will be no need to verify the application and submit copies of certificates at the Help Center.

Meanwhile, candidates who have purchased an Online PIN by paying Rs.12,000/- in Round 01 and have not done online registration or not uploaded documents after completing online registration, need not purchase an online PIN again. They only have to do registration and upload documents.

ELIGIBILITY

1 Candidates who are eligible as per AIA-PGET-2024 and AYUSH Ministry, New Delhi, and have passed the BAMS/BHMS course from the universities of Gujarat state are eligible for Government and Management quota seats as well as 15% All India Quota seats of SFI colleges.

2 Candidates, who are eligible as per AIA-PGET-2024 criteria as well as AYUSH Ministry, New Delhi, and have passed BAMS/BHMS From the universities of any other state of India are eligible only for 15% All India quota seats of SFI colleges.

PROCESS OF ONLINE ADMISSION

There are five major processes of online admission-

STEP 1- Online Registration and Documents Upload.

STEP 2- Preparation and Publication of Merit List by ACPPGMEC.

STEP 3- Online Choice Filling & Allotment of Admission.

STEP 4- Payment of Tuition Fees.

STEP 5- Original Document Submission at Help Centre: To confirm admission.

ONLINE REGISTRATION & DOCUMENTS UPLOAD

STEP 1- PIN Purchase.

STEP 2- Filling of AIAPGET details and authentication through’ PIN.

STEP 3- Fill out the Candidate's all details and documents upload.

STEP 4- Password generation.

STEP 5- Confirmation of filled details.

STEP 6- Take a Printout of Registration Details.

LIST OF ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS TO BE UPLOADED

1 Final year attempt-wise BAMS/ BHMS mark sheets.

2 Copy of the AIAPGET Mark sheet of the current academic year.

3 Internship completion certificate on or before 31 July 2024.

4 Provisional Registration of Gujarat Board of Ayurvedic & Unani System of Medicine/ Council of Homoeopathic System of Medicine Gujarat State OR Central Council of Indian Medicine / Central Council of Homoeopathy ((In case of fresh candidates only who have just completed their internship)/Permanent Registration of Gujarat Board of Ayurvedic & Unani System of Medicine/ Council of Homoeopathic System of Medicine Gujarat State OR Central Council of Indian medicine / Central Council of Homoeopathy (In case of old pass out candidates) with renewal receipt where is applicable.

5 Documents showing Date & Place of Birth & Indian Citizenship (School leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate/ Passport/ Birth Certificate).

6 For SEBC, ST and SC Category: Caste certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only.

7 For SEBC Category: Non-creamy layer certificate (Parishistha ‘4’ in Gujarati/English) issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only dated on or after 01/04/2022. The certificate should be valid for 2024-2025.

8 For EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) Category: EWS certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only dated on or after 01/04/2022. The certificate should be valid for 2024-2025.

9 For PwD Candidates: Disability Certificate issued by Competent Authority.

10 Copy of Passport - if Citizenship is Dual/ Foreign.

PREPARATION AND PUBLICATION OF MERIT LIST

1 After the registration process, ACPPGMEC will prepare and declare a merit list of all eligible candidates.

2 Candidate needs to verify merit number and category as mentioned in registration details.

ONLINE CHOICE FILLING & ALLOTMENT OF ADMISSION

1 After merit declaration, the choice filling will be initiated online for each round.

2 After the choice-filling period is over, the ACPPGMEC will process for allotment of seats and declare the status of allotment on the website.

3 The candidates can view their status of allotment by logging into their User ID.

PAYMENT OF TUITION FEES

The candidate has to pay the requisite amount of tuition fees by cash/DD at any of the designated Axis Bank branches or through online payment within the time limit specified by the ACPPGMEC.
