Web Options Filling Begins For MD Homeopathy Courses Under AIQ: KNRUHS

Telangana: Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has opened the window to exercise one-time web options for admission into MD Homeopathy courses Under All India Quota Seats (AIQ).

All the eligible candidates can exercise one-time web options for admission till 6.00 pm on 16-02-2023 through the Website https://tsmdayushaiq.tsche.in/. Candidates registered online and whose names are notified in the provisional final merit list for All India Quota on the Website of KNRUHS are eligible to exercise one-time web options online.

The web options exercised by candidates about the order of preference for courses/ colleges are final, and the same options will be considered for two phases of allotments. They have to exercise one-time web options for the course and colleges they are interested in joining.

One time password will be sent to the registered mobile number when exercising web options. The password consists of SIX letter code with English capital A to Z. Candidates should take a printout of saved options.

The seats are available in the following colleges –

1. JIMS Homoeopathic Medical College, Muchinthal Village Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District ( JIMS)

2. MNR Homoeo College, Fasalwadi, Sangareddy District (MNR)

A total of 14 seats are available for the following courses - Materia Medica, Homoeo Philosophy & Organon, Repertory, Practice of Medicine, Homeopathic Pharmacy, Pediatrics, and Psychiatry. Each course has 1 seat allotted in both the above colleges. The detailed seat matrix is enclosed in the notice below.

The following guidelines will be followed for admission –

1. All AIQ PG seats of Private Homeopathy colleges are open. However, as mentioned above, relaxation in the qualifying criterion may be considered category-wise. Candidates' domicile certificate is not required for allotment of All India Quota seats in Private AYUSH colleges.

2. The candidate must have passed the final year UG examination from a recognized University Board or medical institution specified in the Schedules to the Act and enrolled in the Central or State register of the Indian System of Medicine and must have completed satisfactorily one year of compulsory rotating internship as on or before 31.12.2022.

3. Undertaking in the form of an affidavit shall be submitted at the time of admission by the candidates stating that the submitted certificates are genuine, and they will be held responsible for any further consequences as per the law if any discrepancy is noticed.


Instructions to be followed -

1. Admissions will be by Government Orders and University Regulations.

2. If a candidate is allotted a seat in the MD Homeopathy course as per their one-time web options and does not join the course, their one-time web options will not be considered for the second phase of allotment.

3. Candidates will receive an SMS message on their registered mobile after the allotment of a seat if allotted. Candidates can log in to check their allotment status on the Website https://tsmdayushaiq.tsche.in/ without fail. They check the KNRUHS website from time to time for the subsequent phase of allotments.

4. Allotted candidates should download the allotment order on payment of the University Fee by the payment gateway, check the allotment details and report to the Principal of the allotted college before the last date mentioned in the allotment letter. If the candidate fails to get admitted after allotment in the 1st phase of counselling, the candidate will not be eligible for 2nd phase of allotments.

5. Candidates will have to submit the printout of the filled-in online application form, allotment order, Bonds and original certificates along with (1) set of self-attested copies to the Principal of the allotted college.

6. Candidate must pay the college and tuition fees at the time of joining. The admission committee is responsible for scrutiny of the original certificates submitted b the candidate. In case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment order for admission will be cancelled.

7. If admitted candidates (of 1st phase) are allotted a seat in the 2nd phase of allotment as per their priority of options, the seat allotted in the 1st phase is automatically cancelled and allotted to the next deserving candidate.

8. If the candidate does not fulfil the above criteria to complete the admission process within the specified date for joining, the admission will be cancelled automatically, and the candidate's one-time web options will not be considered for the second phase of allotment.

9. The final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the allotted college. In case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled, and action may be initiated as per University regulations.

10. Original certificates will not be returned to the candidate unless the candidate discontinues the course.

11. Candidates selected under All India Quota in the counselling conducted by KNRUHS for PG Homeopathy courses at Private Homoeopathic Colleges are permitted to leave /surrender the seat till the last date of free exit to be notified by KNRUHS on Website with forfeiture of the University and College fee. Suppose the candidate cancels the admission/ discontinues the course after the last date for free exit. In that case, the candidate has to pay a penalty of Rs. 100000 in addition to per State Government order, and they will not be eligible for MD Homeopathy admissions under KNRUHS for 3 years.

University Fee –

1. Allotted Candidates must pay the University fee of Rs. 15000 through a payment Gateway through an online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking) and download the allotment letter.

2. The University fee, once paid, shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

Tuition Fee –

The candidates have to pay Rs. 70000 per annum as notified in G.O.Ms.No. 184, Health, Medical & Family Welfare (E1) Department Dated: 27-12-2021, issued by Government of Telangana.
