312 BDS Seats Vacant, TN Health releases Counselling Schedule For Special Stray Counselling

Tamil Nadu: Tentative special stray counselling schedule for government dental college, self-financing dental colleges under government quota (7.5% and 92.5%), management and NRI lapsed seats and tentative vacancy position for government quota 92.5% reservation, self-financing colleges in management quota, and government quota 7.5% reservation has been released by TN Health. Confirmation of this was made through written notices.

Tentative special stray counselling schedule

1. Registration, choice filling, and locking – 7th May 2022, 3.30 pm

2. Result and downloading of provisional allotment order – 7th May 2022

3. Reporting time – 7th May 2022 – 10th May 2022, 5:00 pm

Candidates participating in this online counselling will have to remit a non-refundable amount of Rs. 500/-for government quota and Rs.1000 for management quota online as a processing fee, via Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking.

Candidates who are not holding any seats will be allowed to participate. However, those who are joined in AIQ and state quota counselling will not be allowed to participate in this counselling. Moreover, suppose the candidates get an allotment under the government quota in self financing dental college in this round of counselling; in that case, they will not be eligible for special stray round of management quota.

Once the candidates lock their choice during the online counselling, it cannot be changed later. The selected candidates must pay a non-refundable tuition fee. The fee for government quota is Rs 25000, and for management quota is Rs 100000 in self financing dental college. The fee can be paid online. The candidates can download the allotment order after the fee payment.

The allotted candidates should download their provisional allotment order and join the covered dental college course on or before the stipulated date and time as mentioned in the provisional allotment order. The candidates has to report to the head of the college to which they are allotted on or before the time and date specified, and if they don't, their selection and admission will be cancelled without any further notice.

The candidates selected for admission should give a self-declaration form at the time of the reporting to the concerned college that they are liable for forfeiture of selection / admission if suppression of facts, misinterpretation is found at any time during or after the admission to the course.

Tentative vacancy position also released for BDS course. A total of 312 seats are left vacant for the BDS course.

Government quota 92.5% reservation has 115 seats left vacant.
