DME Gujarat Begins Special Stray Vacancy Round 2 allotment for BDS Admissions 2024
Gujarat- The Director of Medical Education (DME) Gujarat has released the online special stray vacancy round 2 allotments & reporting for BDS courses only for the academic year 2024-25.
As per the schedule, the online special stray vacancy round 2 allotments & reporting starts today i.e. 12th December 2024 and will end on 14th December 2024. In which the process of reporting and submission of original documents will start today at 10:00 AM and will continue till 14 December 2024 upto 12:00 PM.
STEPS FOR ADMISSION CONFIRMATION
The candidates are instructed to follow the steps mentioned below to confirm the admission-
STEP 1- Open the website for UG admission.
STEP 2- Login into your account.
STEP 3- Check your Allotment status.
STEP 4- Print the Allotment letter and take appointment at a nearby help centre from your log-in.
STEP 5- Print fees challan (for all students) & Do Online payment through the ACPUGMEC portal.
STEP 6- Go to a nearby designated HDFC bank (fees can be deposited by means of Cash or DD Only).
STEP 7- If you have paid fees at the Bank counter collect the fees receipt provided by HDFC bank and also, your fees challan stamped by HDFC bank.
STEP 8- Visit the selected help center for an appointment with the Original Documents mentioned in the Allotment letter with fee receipt and challan certified by HDFC bank.
STEP 9- Submit original documents in A3 (11*15 inches) Appropriate size cover with your details written on it (as per website) with fee receipt.
STEP 10- Collect your admission order signed and stamped by the nodal officer from the help center and secure it for further rounds.

Meanwhile, after the payment of tuition fees, the candidates who have been allotted seats, they have to submit their original documents at the appointed Help Centre as under.
1 Allotment Letter of ACPUGMEC.
2 Receipt of Payment of Tuition Fees at Bank/Online.
3 Tuition Fees Receipt generated through the Admission Module.
4 Print Copy NEET-UG mark sheet of the current academic year.
5 Std. 10th Marksheet.
6 Std. 12th Marksheet.
7 Document showing the place of birth & Date of Birth & Indian Citizenship (School leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate- compulsory for all candidates & Birth Certificate/ Passport--If birthplace not mentioned in School leaving certificate/Transfer Certificate).
8 Domicile Certificates for students born outside Gujarat (with signature and stamp of Authority) issued by Competent Authorities (Mamlatdar/Executive Magistrate/Commissioner of Police) of Gujarat State only.
9 For SEBC, ST and SC Category: Caste certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only.
10 or SEBC Category: Non-creamy layer certificate (Parishistha ‘4’ in Gujarati/English) issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only issued after Dt:01/04/2022.
11 For EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) Category: EWS certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only issued after Dt:01/04/2022.
12 Copy of Passport (if Citizenship is Dual).
13 Fitness Certificate.
14 Any other document as per requirement.
