DNB PDCET January 2020: Withheld Results declared by NBE
New Delhi: The National Board of Examinations (NBE) has declared the Withheld Results of 6 candidates of DNB PDCET for January 2020 Admission Session.

DNB-PDCET is an entrance examination and is an essential pre-requisite for entry to post-diploma DNB 2 years post-graduate courses. Post Diploma DNB courses are offered in the following 16 specialities:
- Anaesthesiology
- Dermatology
- Venereology
- Leprosy
- Nuclear Medicine
- Obstetrics and Gynaecology
- Ophthalmology
- Orthopaedics
- Oto – Rhino – Laryngology
- Paediatrics
- Psychiatry
- Radio-Diagnosis
- Radiotherapy
- Respiratory Diseases
- Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
- Pathology
NBE at present conducts postgraduate and postdoctoral examinations in approved specialities leading to the award of Diplomate of National Board. The Medical Council of India has laid down standards for postgraduate examinations conducted by various medical colleges and affiliated to concerned universities and other institutions, yet the levels of proficiency and standards of evaluation vary considerably in these institutions
Candidates declared qualified in the PDCET Examination will be asked to participate in the centralized counselling in order of their Specialty specific merit and will be able to opt for NBE accredited institution/hospital/medical college of their choice as per seat availability at their merit.
