Karnataka: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the list of medical seats that remained unfilled after the third round of UG NEET 2026 seat allotment.

These 664 unfilled seats will be offered in the Stray Vacancy Round along with any additional seats that may become available due to cancellation or forfeiture. KEA has advised candidates to regularly check its website for further updates regarding the counselling process.

The college-wise vacancy statement shows substantial availability at several institutions, giving candidates another opportunity to secure an MBBS seat in the upcoming stray vacancy counselling.

The fee structure varies considerably across the colleges and categories listed in the list. The matrix includes fees ranging from around Rs 22.25 lakh to Rs 45 lakh, depending on the institution and seat category.

The entire vacancy list accounts for 664 unfilled medical seats after Round 3. These seats, along with any seats that subsequently become vacant through cancellation or forfeiture, will form part of the UGNEET 2026 Stray Vacancy Round. Below is the detailed list-
