AFMS Issues notice on NEET PG Mop Up Round For Priority-III, IV Candidates
Pune: The Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMS) issued details related to the NEET PG mop-up round for Priority III and IV candidates.
As per the notice, the mop-up PG counselling 2022 will be conducted shortly. Therefore, candidates registered in the 1st round of counselling and opted for AFMS and not holding any seats and candidates registered fresh for mop-up round counselling and opted for AFMS are eligible to attend this counselling.
The candidates will have to forward the documents mentioned below for Priority III and IV. The documents will be accepted till 16 Nov 2022, 11:59 PM, for Priority-III and IV candidates.
Priority-III Candidates are required to forward a scanned copy of the following documents by email to neetpge@gmail.com with the subject 'NEET PG ROLL NO XYZ: PRIORITY-III AFMS MOP UP COUNSELING NEET PG-2022' –
1. NEET PG-2022 Admit Card.
2. Duly signed sponsorship certificate with choice of subjects permitted by sponsoring authority.
3. NEET PG- 2022 Score Card.
4. Copy of Registration on MCC.
5. Resignation Letter (For candidates allotted any seats in any Medical College, including AFMS Instt).
Priority-IV Candidates( Ex-AFMS SSC Officers) desirous of attending AFMS PG counseling 2022 are required to forward a scanned copy of the following documents by emailing neetpge@gmail.com with the subject 'NEET PG ROLL NO XYZ: PRIORITY-IV AFMS MOP -
1. NEET PG-2022 Admit Card.
2. Copy of release order from AFMS by DGAFMS/ Concerned Medical Directorate.
3. NEET PG- 2022 Score Card.
4. Copy of Registration on MCC.
5. Resignation Letter (For candidates allotted any seats in any Medical College, including AFMS Instt.)
The candidates need to specify the following in the email –
1. Email ID registered for NEET PG-2022 with NBE.
2. Mobile No registered with NBE for NEET PG-2022.
3. Alternate Mobile No.
Candidates note that one of the mobile numbers, WhatsApp, should be installed. In addition, the subject of the email must be as specified above. Any requests received after the stipulated time will not be accepted. Not abiding by the contents of this notice may result in the candidate not being called for the AFMS counselling 2022.
Eligibility criteria -
1. A candidate must be a citizen of India
2. Candidates not holding any seats in All India NEET PG 2022 counselling and whose names do not appear in the seat allotment list published by MCC.
3. Only Priority III, IV & V candidates of the AFMS matrix may apply. Priority I is not eligible for the mop-up round. All candidates should have registered on the MCC website for the mop-up game.
4. Candidates must have MBBS Degrees registered with State Medical Council or MCI. Students who have completed the internship by 31 Jul 2022 are eligible to apply along with a provisional registration certificate.
5. The candidate must have appeared in NEET- PG 2022 and scored a minimum qualifying mark as indicated by MCC.
Age criteria –
1. Sponsored candidates - As per Govt. of India rules.
2. Civilian candidates (Priority V) - Maximum permissible age will be 30 years on 31 Dec 2022 (DOB on or after 01 Jan 1993).
