KEA Announces Schedule For NEET 2022 Original Documents Submission

Karnataka: Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) announced the schedule for UG NEET 2022 original documents submission rank-wise.

A list of candidates with insufficient documents in support of their reservation has also been released.

Detail schedule for document verification –

15th November 2022 –

10:30 am to 1:30 pm - 1 TO 150000

2.00 pm TO 5.00 pm - 150001 TO 250000

16th November 2022 –

10:30 am to 01:30 pm - 250001 TO 400000

2.00 pm TO 5.00 pm - 400001 TO LAST RANK

For more details, candidates are advised to read the instructions dated 10th November 2022 hosted on the KEA Website Admissions-UGNEET-2022 Tab.

The following documents have to be submitted –

1. Choice-1 printout

2. Verification slip

3. Fee Paid Receipt

4. All Original Documents

5. Annexure-1

6. Annexure -9 (Rural Service Bond)

Process of admission –

1. Fee Payment

2. Deposition of original documents

3. Downloading / collection of admission order

4. Reporting to the college

5. Entering the college joining status on the KEA portal

Original documents submitted by the candidates will be verified/tallied with the documents uploaded by the candidates. Upon such verification during or after deposition of original relevant documents, If any documents uploaded are not matching with the original documents, the seat will be cancelled at any stage during the study without any further notice, or if it is found that the candidate has produced fake, fraudulent certificates, forged documents, they will be liable for criminal prosecution by the law, immediate loss of allotted seat without any notice whatsoever, forfeiture of fees paid and levy of penalty as may be decided by the UGET Committee and will be liable to be debarred from all exams / Counseling in future; the authorities may also recommend blocklisting of the Candidate to UGNEET / MCI / DCI / KMC and cancellation of license.

A list of candidates with insufficient documents in support of their reservation has also been released. The detailed list is enclosed in the notice below.

The candidates whose names are on the list should come to KEA on 15th November 2022 at 10.00 am with the required documents in support of their claim/reservation in the UGNEET 2022 application. In case of enquiry, contact mail id: ugcet2022documents@gmail.com.

– Karnataka Examinations Authority is governed by the Governing Council headed by the Honourable Minister of Higher Education. The Government of Karnataka established Common Entrance Test Cell in 1994 for conducting entrance tests and determining the eligibility/merit for 1st-year admissions.
