KNRUHS Issues notice on Web Option For Round 1 MBBS, BDS Admission, 3912 Seats available

Telangana: Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) issued details about exercising web options for the first phase of counselling for admission into MBBS/BDS courses 2022-23 of management quota in private medical/dental colleges, including army dental college.

The seat matrix and corrigendum to the provisional final merit list after verification of uploaded certificates have also been released.

All the eligible candidates whose names are displayed in the Provisional final merit list for Management Quota on the KNR UHS website can exercise web options for admission into MBBS/BDS seats from 06.00 AM on 11 .11.2022 to 4.00 PM on 12.11.2022 through https://tspvtmedadm.tsche.in/ as per the candidate's registration and eligibility for B & C (NRI) categories.

Candidates must exercise web options for the MBBS/BDS seats separately. For eligibility criteria and regulations, refer to notifications dated: 19.10.2022.

University fee –

Allotted Candidates must pay the following University fee through the payment gateway through an online payment method (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking) and download the allotment letter.

For B- Category -

1. MBBS Rs. 40,000=00

2. BDS Rs,20,000=00

For C-Category (NRI) -

1. MBBS Rs. 70,000=00

2. BDS Rs. 40,000=00

Tuition fee -

Tuition fee is to be paid at respective Medical/Dental colleges. The tuition fee payable as notified by the Government of Telangana in GO Ms No:5, HM& FW (C1)Department, Dated:27. 01.2022 (notified on KNRUHS website).

Details issued –

1. In the Management Quota B Category, 85% of seats are reserved for local candidates of Telangana State, and 15% are open to candidates from all over the country. 15% unreserved seats shall be allotted first, followed by seats reserved for local candidates in Management Quota B category seats.

2. The allotment of seats will be made in accordance with the selection procedure notified in Government Orders G.O.Ms.No. 115 & 116 HM&FW (C1) Dept. Dated: 05-07-2017, G.O.Ms.No.117 & 118 HM&FW(C1)Dept. Dated: 20-07-2017, subsequent amendments, G.O.Ms.No.125, 126, 127, HM&FW (C1), Department, Dated:22-09-2022, GO.Ms.No.130 HM&FW (C1) Department, Dated:27.09.2022, other Government orders, University regulations and relevant Hon'ble Supreme Court and High Court orders.

3. Candidates are informed that they will be considered only for the category/categories they have registered. (B/NRI).

4. Candidates are informed that if they exercise web- options for a seat and are allotted an MBBS/BDS seat as per their choice in the web- counselling, and if they do not join the course at the allotted college, they will not be eligible for exercising web- options for subsequent rounds of counselling.

5. If the candidates are allotted a seat in MBBS/BDS course as per their options and do not join the course, they shall not be permitted to exercise web options in subsequent phases of counselling and admission to prevent seat blocking.

6. Candidates exercising web options for MBBS/BDS courses are informed that there is no limit of choices (number) for exercising web options. Candidates can exercise web options for any number of colleges they candidate is interested in joining as per candidates' eligibility.

7. Candidates in the Provisional final merit list are informed that if they do not exercise web options in the first phase of counselling, they are not eligible to exercise web options in subsequent phases of counselling to prevent seat blocking

8. Management Quota B &C (NRI) seats in Un-aided Minority Medical Colleges are reserved for Muslim Minority Candidates only. If Muslim Minority Candidates are unavailable, the seats may be filled up with Non Minority students up to 30% during the final phase of counselling.

9. Allotment of Management Quota seats in Army Dental College is reserved for the wards of Army personnel as per AWES Regulations.

10. Candidates have to exercise options for the B category and if eligible for C (NRI) in order of priority for the course and college. Allotments will be made according to the order of preference in the web options exercised by the candidate.

11. One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the registered mobile when saving web options. The password consists of SIX letter code with English capitals A to Z (for details, read instructions to the candidates before giving options.

12. Candidates will receive an SMS message on their registered mobile after the allotment of a seat if allotted. Candidates are also informed to log in to check their allotment status on the https://tspvtmedadm.tsche.in/ website after each phase of counselling.

13. The selected candidates shall download the allotment letter from the website after payment of the University fee by gateway method using an online payment method (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking). Candidates should check their allotment details and report to the Principal of the respective college on or before the date specified on the allotment letter.

14. Selected candidates must report to the Principal of the respective college before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter, submit all original certificates and relevant bonds and pay the tuition fee/college fee to complete the admission process. Suppose the candidate does not fulfil the above criteria to complete the admission process within the specified date for joining. In that case, the admission will be cancelled automatically, and the candidate's options shall not be considered for subsequent phases of counselling and admission to prevent seat blocking.

15. The final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the allotted college. In case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled, and action may be initiated as per University Regulations.

16. Candidates allotted seats under the NRI Quota should produce the relevant sponsorship letter from an NRI relative in Original, along with a copy of the passport/ Residence Proof/Bank Statement or passbook of the sponsor for the NRI Category at respective colleges.

17. Original certificates submitted at the time of admissions shall not be returned to the candidate unless the candidate discontinues the course before the second phase of counselling. If the candidate slides to another college during the second phase of counselling, the original certificates will be transferred to the allotted college.

18. Admitted candidates are not permitted to withdraw from the course after the second phase of counselling. Candidates are also informed that admitted candidates who have joined upto round 2 of All India quota and State Quota shall not be eligible for further rounds of All India Quota and State counselling (Competent Authority Quota and Management Quota).

19. Admitted candidates will have to pay a discontinuation penalty of Rs.20 lakhs as per Government Orders if they discontinue the course after the second phase of counselling to get their original certificates back.
