NEET PG, MDS Admissions 2024: AFMS issues notices for Priority IV Candidates, details

New Delhi- The Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMS) has released notices for Priority-IV candidates seeking AFMS PG Admission 2024 through the National Eligibility-Entrance Test-Master of Dental Surgery (NEET-MDS) 2024 exam and NEET-Postgraduate (PG) 2024 exam for MD/MS/DNB courses.

For both NEET-MDS and NEET PG, online counselling consisting of the process of registration, payment, choice filling/locking and provisional seat allotment for Priority-III, IV and V candidates for seats in AFMS institutes for the academic session 2024-27 will be conducted by MCC through its official web portal/website.

Meanwhile, the list of eligible candidates for NEET PG will be sent by this office to the MCC for counselling and provisional seat allotment. Also, the list of candidates eligible for NEET-MDS will be sent to MCC by this office on 05th July 2024.

As per the notice, the choice filling window for NEET-MDS will be available from July 02, 2024, till 11:55 PM on July 07, 2024, and choice locking will be available from 04:00 PM on July 07, 2024, till 11:55 PM on July 07, 2024, as per the counselling schedule published by MCC.

Furthermore, Priority-IV candidates (ex-AFMS SSC Dental Officer within 3 years of release, i.e. not earlier than 01 May 2021) wishing to participate in AFMS PG (MDS) Admission 2024 are required to forward scanned copies of certain documents by e-mail. For NEET-MDS candidates, the documents should be emailed with the subject ‘NEET MDS Roll No. XYZ: Priority-IV Admission through NEET MDS 2024’ and NEET PG should be emailed with the subject ‘NEET PG Roll No. XYZ: Priority-IV Admission through NEET PG-2024’. The process of submitting the documents has started today i.e. 27th June 2024 and will continue till 05th July 2024 at 10:00 AM.

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED BY NEET MDS CANDIDATES

1 NEET MDS-2024 Admit Card.

2 Copy of release order from AFMS by DGAFMS/ Concerned Medical Directorate/ NOC.

3 Score Card.

Along with this, candidates should also specify the following in the e-mail-

1 E-mail ID registered for NEET MDS-2024 with NBE.

2 Mobile No registered with NBE for NEET MDS-2024.

3 Alternate Mobile No.

Priority-IV Candidates ( Ex AFMS SSC Officers within 3 years of release, i.e., not before 01 May 2021) desirous of attending AFMS PG admission 2024 are required to forward a scanned copy of following documents by e-mail mentioned in the notice attached below with the subject ‘NEET PG ROLL NO XYZ : PRIORITY-IV ADMISSION THROUGH NEET PG-2024’ till 1300 hrs on 15 Jul 2024 :-

1 NEET PG-2024 Admit Card.

2 Copy of release order from AFMS by DGAFMS/ Concerned Medical Directorate/ NOC.

Along with this, candidates should also specify the following in the e-mail-

2 Mobile No registered with NBE for NEET PG-2024.

3 Alternate Mobile No.

It is to be noted that, the subject of the e-mail must be as specified as mentioned in the notice. Not abiding with the contents of the notice which may result in the candidate not being considered for the counselling for AFMS seats through NEET MDS and NEET PG-2024 exam.
