MUHS informs on Registration, Eligibility to students Admitted for 2 Year Diploma in Para Medical Course 2020
Mumbai: Through a recent Circular, the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) has informed regarding granting Registration and Eligibility to students Admitted for Two Year Diploma in Para Medical Course during Academic Year 2020-21
All the concerned students are hereby informed:
Eligibility Criteria for granting Registration & Eligibility to the students, admitted to First year of Two Year Diploma in Para Medical Courses is as under:
(a) The Army/ Navy/ Air Force Personnel should be an Indian National.
(b) To he Army/ Navy/ Air Force Personnel should have passed his (10+2) examination of CBSE or equivalent board with Physics, Chemistry & Biology subjects with at least 50% aggregate marks.
(c) Have obtained 60% marks in Medical Assistant-II ' Qualifying' Course. For Navy personal and 50% marks in Nursing Assistants Class III for Army Personnel.
(d) The Navy Personnel should have completed three years of physical service and Army/Air force personnel should have completed two years of physical services.
(e) Should have qualified the Common Entrance Test(Leading Medical Assistant qualifying Board) conducted by their respective Commands and any other criteria as decided by the Indian Army/Navy/Air Force.
(f) Should have good service record.
(g) The candidate must be Medically Fit.
6. The list of admitted students must be submitted to the university by e-mail on University's e-mail address eligibility@muhs.ac.in or by college representative. The admitted students list must be submitted on or before 28 Feb 2021 by 12.00 hrs. The list will be treated as final and no change in the list will be allowed thereafter.
Special instructions:
(i) All admissions in Academic Year 2020-21 should be registered online on or before 27 Feb. 2021
(ii) Prior use of phase I Dean/ Principal should be entered the information of admitted student on the basis of ID & Password issued by Academic Dept. of University. The portal is available on the university website www.muhs.ac.in or http://qipmp4efmj.muhs.edu.in. Information of the student is to be filled up accurately.

(iii) Online link for Submission of data of admitted students will be closed at 11.59 pm on cut-off-date(i.e 28 Feb 2021)
(iv) The student who are registered on or before cut-off-date only these proposals should be acceptable.
In Phase-II, Student shall fill up the correct information for Registration & Eligibility, then respective college should download the application, and submit the eligibility admission form along with following supporting documents duly attested to university as per schedule:-
(a)Latest colour photographs(Size 3.5 cmx4.5cm) duly attested by Dean/ Principal.
(b)Students Eligibility admission form duly attested by Dean/Principal.
(c)Copies of all required certificate duly attested.
(d) The link for Phase II will be closed on 21st day after cut-off-date at 11.59 pm

Time table for Submission of Proposals of Registration & Eligibility:-
It is mandatory that the admitted students must fulfill the eligibility Criteria for admission to the course. The Registration & Eligibility proposal of admitted students must be submitted as per schedule given below:

Submission of Proposals:
(a) At the time of submission of proposals for Registration & Eligibility of admitted students, the original copy of the e-mail list of admitted students duly signed by the Dean/Principal of the College must be submitted to the University.
(b) It is responsibility of your school to verify eligibility status of the students as per prescribed norms and thereafter their proposals of Registration & Eligibility along with the original documents and attested copies must be submitted to the University within the stipulated period for grant of eligibility .
Documents required to be submitted by the school along with the Registration & Eligibility proposals of the students.
The following original documents and one set of attested photocopies are to be submitted as per following order:-
. The Original documents from Sr. No. I or VII are to be submitted separately.
(I)Nationality Certificate: Nationality Certificate issued by the District Magistrate/ Additional District Magistrate OR Metropolitan Magistrate OR the Transfer Certificate of 12th Std. mentioning the nationality of the student OR the Birth Certificate mentioning the name and nationality of the student OR photo copy of Valid passport duly attested by the Commanding Officer of the school will be considered as Proof of nationality.
(II) Mark statement of Higher Secondary Certificate (H.S.C. 10+2) OR of equivalent examination.
(III)Mark statement of MA-II 'Qualifying' Course.
(IV)Proof of completion of three years of active Army/Navy/Air Force service.
(V)Copy of Service Record attested by the Commanding Officer of the school.
(VI)Selection letter & mark statement of Common Entrance Examination conducted by the respective Commands.
(VII)School or college Leaving/Transference Certificate(L.C/T.C)
. The following original documents from Sr. No. VIII to X are to be attached with the proposal of the student.
(VIII) Medical fitness certificate: Signed by the Medical Officer.
(IX) Migration Certificate: If applicable
(X) Educational Gap: All the admitted students are required to submit the Self Educational Gap affidavit duly signed by the Executive Magistrate/ Notary.
Special Instructions:
Due to Covid-19 Pandemic situation the eligibility proposals should be sent to the University by speed post. The documents attached along with the proposals should be duly verified and attested by the Dean/Principal of the college. It is sole responsibility of the college to verify the documents and submit the University along with the certificate of Dean/Principal/Director of the Institute
1.The discrepancies of the documents must be submitted within one month from the cut-off date(i.e. from 27/02/2021) failing which the late fees@ Rs.50/-per student per week will be charged from 27/03/2021 from the candidate.
Registration & Eligibility fee of admitted students should be submitted as per the University Notification No. 29/2019 Dt: 10/09/2019.

Submission of Registration & Eligibility fee:-
Registration & Eligibility fees of the admitted students must be paid by RTGS & submit the receipt to the University along with Eligibility & Registration Proposals.
As per section 03 of university Ordinance No. 03/2010 Registration & Eligibility fee once submitted by college to the University is non-refundable & non-transferable.
