I. B.Sc. Nursing Part-I September-October, 2019 and

ii. 2nd BHMS (New Regulations) January-February, 2020.

After the publication of the said results, the following information was brought to the notice of the varsity authorities:

i. After submission of online application for Review or Scrutiny of Answer Script(s), if a student desires to apply for Review or Scrutiny of Answer Script(s) of any other or more papers within the scheduled time-frame, he/she is not being able to do it.

ii. Due to some technical problems, the Provisional Marks Statements of some candidates (mainly, backlog candidates) of the 2nd BHMS (New Regulations) January-February, 2020 Examination bear some errors though there was no data discrepancy and the students could see the correct marks in the Portal after log-in (in the screen for submission of online-application for Review/Scrutiny). After removing the errors, correct Provisional Marks Statement has already been made available in the Portal.

3. In consideration of the above, the following decisions have been taken and are hereby notified for information of all concerned:

i. After submission of online application for Review or Scrutiny of Answer Script(s) once, if a student desires again to apply for Review or Scrutiny of Answer Script(s) of any other or more papers, he/she may do so within the scheduled time-frame i.e., within 7 (seven) days following the day of publication of results.

In consideration of the absence of the similar facility, the candidates of the aforesaid 2 examinations, i.e., B.Sc. Nursing Part-I September-October, 2019 Examination and 2nd BHMS (New Regulations) January-February, 2020 is, as a special case, allowed to avail the said facility for the period up to 23.59 hours of 20.05.2020, but for all other Examinations, the time frame will not change.

ii. All the candidates of the aforesaid 2nd BHMS (New Regulations) January-February, 2020 Examination are requested to download the Provisional Marks Statements now available in the Portal and if the desire to submit the application with usual fees online for Review or Scrutiny of Answer Scripts of any other Paper within 20.05.2020 up to 23.59 hours. Applications already submitted will remain valid and there is no need to submit an application for the paper(s) already applied for. This issues with the approval of the Authority of the University.
