BFUHS Announces Conduction Of Physical Counselling For Leftover Seats Of BSc Nursing course

Faridkot: Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS) has announced the conduction of physical counselling for leftover seats for admission to the BSc Nursing course.

The counselling schedule will be conducted on 30th November 2023 (9:00 am). All PPMET Qualified/appeared open, SC/BC & other reserve category candidates are eligible for the counselling process. The counselling will be held at the Auditorium, GGS Medical College, Faridkot, from 9:00 am onwards.

Annual fee in the shape of Bank Draft favouring Register, BFUHS, payable at Faridkot, will be collected on the spot at the counselling venue from selected candidates. The candidates should come prepared for that. The final vacancy position will be displayed at the counselling venue. The candidates need to check the final vacancy position before the counselling process.

The Seats will be allocated as per the PPMET-2023 merit/eligibility criteria as mentioned in the Punjab Government notification in order of preferences given by the candidate.

Baba Farid University of Health Sciences was established in July 1998 by Punjab Act No. 18. It is named after Baba Farid, a 12th-century Punjabi Sufi headquartered in Faridkot. The mission of the University is to create an intellectual, academic, and physical environment conducive to the free flow of ideas and exchange of information between various faculties of the University and between this University and other Universities of Health Sciences in the country and abroad. It has five facilities of various health sciences, has 160 affiliated colleges and about 35000 students are on roll with the university.
