NBE Gives Final Opportunity To Candidates Of FMGE December 2022 For Rectifying Images
Delhi: National Board of Examinations (NBE) has given one final opportunity to the candidates to rectify images in the application for FMGE Dec 2022. The list of candidates who need to correct the images in their application has also been released.
Per the notice, the rectification can be done until 8th January 2023 till 11:55 pm. No further extension will be given to rectify images. According to the closure of the selective and final edit window on 6th November 2022, NBE has found that some candidates have still not uploaded their photographs, signatures and/or thumb impressions as prescribed in Image Upload Instructions. Such candidates are required to rectify the image(s) in their application form during this final window.
The candidates note that incorrect images can be edited any number of times before the closure of this final window, and the last submitted information will be saved in records. The detailed image uploading instructions are enclosed in the notice below. The image upload instructions are also detailed in the FMGE December 2022 information bulletin.
All the applied candidates for FMGE December 2022 are advised to go through the Image Upload Instructions carefully. Uploading images in the application form which are not in accordance with the guidelines prescribed or failing to rectify the images shall invite rejection of the application.
The following are the possible reason for rejections –
Photographs –
1. Photograph older than 3 months
2. Lack of light in the room
3. Not using white/light coloured background
4. Overexposed/underexposed photo
5. Absence of formal attire while taking the photo
6. Objects behind you while capturing the photograph
7. Blurred image; Poor image quality
8. Eyes closed/not looking into the camera
9. Eyes not visible due to glare on spectacles
10. Black and white photograph
11. Uploading photograph showing it on a mobile phone
12. Cropped photograph from a group photo
13. Does not contain the full face, ears, neck, and shoulders of the entrant in frontal view; Side pose taken/selfie uploaded
14. Defective hue of the photo
Signature –
1. Blurred signatures
2. Signature in capital letters
3. Signature on ruled page
4. Initials only; Not complete signatures
5. The whole page has been scanned and uploaded instead of the box drawn for signatures
Impression –
1. Pressed too lightly
2. Pressed too hard
3. Too much ink
4. Not enough ink covering the entire fingertip
5. Center loop and/or Deltas not legible
6. The whole page has been scanned and uploaded instead of the box drawn for the impression
