Gurugram: Hospital owner assaulted by 3 men, trio booked

Gurugram: The owner of a hospital in Gurugram was assaulted by three men for allegedly not accepting samples which were sent to the doctor by the trio through a lab.

The doctor, who owns Jyoti Hospital in Farrukhnagar was abused, slapped and manhandled by the men.

An FIR has been registered against the accused under the IPC at Farrukhnagar police station based on a complaint moved by the doctor.

The accused have been identified as Mohit, a resident of Patli, and Sandeep and Dipesh, residents of Mohammadpur village.

According to the complaint filed by Dr Naveen Kumar, the three youths forcibly entered the hospital, abused him and asked him why he did not accept the samples which were sent by them through a lab.

The accused fled from the scene as they saw the hospital staff coming to the rescue of the doctor.

"I asked them to go out of the hospital, but they manhandled me. They slapped me continuously and tried to throw me outside the hospital. When I raised an alarm, the hospital staff came to my rescue. The three fled from the spot," Dr Kumar to The Tribune.
