Haryana: 5 hospital staff killed, 1 injured in road mishap

Gurugram: Five employees of a local private hospital died and another sustained serious injuries in a road accident near Sadhrana village in the early hours of Friday.

The deceased have been identified as Rajasthan resident Jagbir (38), Nepal native Jiwat (19), Bihar resident Prince (22), Gurugram resident Sagar (24) and Uttar Pradesh resident Niyaj Khan (45). The injured has been identified as Lucknow resident Hardik Tiwari (21).

The accident occurred when the car, in which the victims were travelling, overturned near Sadhrana on Harsaru-Sadhrana road after it collided with the bricks on the roadside. Five persons died on the spot and one sustained serious injuries in the mishap.

The victims were returning to hospital after attending the marriage ceremony of their colleague at Sadhrana.

A police team reached the spot after getting information and retrieved the bodies from the car.
