12 candidates debarred from MDS admissions 2026 in Andhra Pradesh
Andhra Pradesh: Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS), Andhra Pradesh, has released a list of 12 candidates who have been debarred from the Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) counselling in the state for the academic year 2026-27, based on the data available with the University.
According to the list, the candidates have been debarred in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.67 dated April 21, 2017, which provides for a three-year debarment from admissions in Andhra Pradesh from the date of discontinuation of the course.
The list includes candidates who discontinued their courses between August 2023 and July 2026. Therefore, these candidates will remain ineligible for admissions in Andhra Pradesh for three years from their respective dates of discontinuation, as per the applicable government order.
The list is specifically applicable to MDS counselling for the 2026–27 academic year and has been issued by Dr NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada, based on the records currently available with the University.

Medical Dialogues recently reported that NTRUHS Andhra Pradesh had invited online applications from eligible candidates for admission to Post Graduate Dental Degree/Diploma MDS courses in Government and un-aided Private Non-Minority Dental Colleges under Competent Authority Quota seats for the academic year 2026-27 in the colleges affiliated to Dr NTR University of Health Sciences.
Candidates from other States are not eligible for the Competent Authority Quota seats if they do not satisfy the Local status/Non-Local status criteria.
Tuition fee structure for the current academic year 2026-27 will be as decided by the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh subjected to a writ petition. The notification issued by NTRUHS mentioned the following
