NEET MDS Admissions 2021: DME Haryana releases fresh schedule, Details
Haryana: Through the recent notice, Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER) Haryana, has released fresh schedule for MDS Courses in the Academic Session 2021-22 keeping in view of the lowered cutoff for NEET MDS 2021 admissions.
DMER Haryana is conducting Counselling for admission to MDS Courses in all Government/ Government Aided/ Private Unaided Dental Institutes including those under Private Universities- SGT University, Budhera, Gurugram, PDM University Bahadurgarh, Jhajjar in the State of Haryana for the Academic Session 2021-22.
Medical Dialogues had recently reported that the NEET MDS 2021 qualifying cut off has been lowered by 23.029 percentile for each category.
The qualifying percentile for the NEET MDS 2021 has been lowered from 50 to 26.971 for the general category bringing the score from 259 to 185 marks. For the SC/ST/OBC candidates, the qualifying percentile has been reduced from 40 to 16.971, hence the score goes down from 227 to 152; whereas for PwD (Persons with disabilities) category, the revised cut-off percentile is 21.971 down from 45, the score hence lowered from 243 to 170 marks.
The fresh schedule for counselling is as under:-

6 | Fresh registration for 2nd round and Mop up Round | 17/11/2021 from 5:00 PM to 19/11/2021 upto 5:00PM |
7 | 2nd round and Mop up round of counselling (Physical counselling) | 20/11/2021 from 10:00 AM onwards |
Note: Already registered candidates can edit their earlier application as per the schedule mentioned above. Physical counselling shall be held in Committee Room O/o Director, PGIMS, Rohtak. Candidates are required to bring all original documents at the time of document verification and physical counselling.
All candidates should ensure to upload all requisite documents on the Admission Web Portal. For NRI candidates the requisite document clearly indicating the status of NRI/OCI/PIO/Nearest Relation has to be produce to the Admission Committee at the time of physical counselling failing which the candidature would be rejected.
