245 seats available for round 3 PG medical admissions in Chhattisgarh
Chhattisgarh: The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Chhattisgarh, has published the clear vacancy list for the NEET PG (MD/MS) 2025 Mop-Up Round, detailing a total of 245 vacant postgraduate medical seats across government and private medical colleges in the state.
According to the vacancy list, the vacancies are spread across a wide range of clinical and non-clinical specialities, under State Institutional Quota, State Open Quota, and NRI Quota, offering candidates a significant opportunity to secure PG seats after the completion of earlier counselling rounds.
Major government institutions have reported clear vacancies in several departments. Private institutions account for a substantial share of the vacant seats, particularly under State Open and NRI quotas.
Therefore, candidates eligible for the NEET PG 2025 Mop-Up Round are advised to carefully review the vacancy list and prepare for the upcoming counselling process. Seat allotment will depend on NEET PG rank, category, eligibility, and choices filled during the mop-up round.

According to NMC seat matrix, Number of Additional Seats Granted in 2025-2026 (State-wise): 1,328 PG seats have been added in Karnataka, 1,034 PG seats in Uttar Pradesh, 905 seats in Tamil Nadu, 657 PG seats in Gujarat, 653 seats in Maharashtra, 531 seats in Telangana, 509 seats in Madhya Pradesh, 482 seats in Andhra Pradesh, and 440 seats in Rajasthan, 235 seats have been added in Bihar, 226 seats in Odisha, 224 seats in West Bengal, 213 seats in Haryana, 154 seats in Kerala, 149 seats in Uttarakhand, 139 seats in Chhattisgarh, 120 seats in Jammu & Kashmir, and 115 seats in Punjab. 78 seats have been added in Puducherry, 47 seats in Delhi, 41 seats in Assam, 36 seats in Himachal Pradesh, 23 seats in Arunachal Pradesh, 20 seats in Dadra & Nagar Haveli, 16 seats each in Jharkhand and Tripura, 13 seats in Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and 10 seats each in Manipur and Mizoram.
