KEA releases round 3 provisional allotment list for PG medical admissions, reporting deadline March 4

Karnataka: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the official schedule for the NEET PG 2025 Third Round Seat Allotment, outlining key dates for result publication, fee payment, downloading of admission orders, and reporting to allotted colleges.
According to the notification, the third round seat allotment result has already been announced on February 26, 2026, after 10:00 AM. Therefore, candidates who have participated in the third round counselling can check their allotment status
The authority has provided the following schedule for candidates who secure seats in the third round-

2 | Download of Admission Order. | 26-02-2026 to 03-03-2026. |
3 | Last Date for Reporting to College. | 04-03-2026 before 5:30 PM |
Meanwhile, candidates must complete the fee payment within the stipulated period and download their admission order before reporting to the allotted institution. During reporting to their allotted colleges, candidates must submit the following documents-
1 Admission Order (Candidate Copy).
2 One set of photocopies of all annexures/documents.
3 Aadhaar Card.
4 Verification Slip.
5 Mobile handset to receive OTP.
Candidates must strictly adhere to the reporting timeline. Failure to report by March 4, 2026 (5:30 PM) may result in cancellation of the allotted seat as per PGNEET counselling rules.
The college authorities will complete admission only after OTP authentication and face recognition photo verification. The institution will then download the College Copy of the Admission Order, following which the admission will be treated as confirmed.

Along with this, the KEA has also published the Provisional Seat Allotment List for PGNEET-2025 (Medical – MD/MS) Non-Inservice candidates under the 3rd Round of counselling. The list was officially released on February 25, 2026.
Candidates who wish to raise objections to the provisional allotment list were asked to submit their grievances via email before 8:30 AM on February 26, 2026, to the official KEA email ID. KEA has advised candidates to carefully verify their allotment details before the objection deadline.
The provisional list includes allotments in both government and private medical colleges across Karnataka, covering various MD/MS disciplines. For instance, seats have been allotted at a few other institutions.
The allotment sheet details the candidate's All India Rank, course code, college name, allotted course, category, fee structure, and status (Allotted/Upgraded/Not Upgraded).
