MP DME issues revised round 1 NEET PG counselling schedule, merit list

Madhya Pradesh: The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh, has released a revised tentative schedule for the First Round of MP State Combined NEET PG Counselling for the academic year 2025 for MD, MS courses.
The updated timetable outlines new dates for registration, merit list publication, choice filling, allotment and reporting.
According to the revised notification, new registrations for candidates were open from 2 December 2025 (7:00 PM) to 3 December 2025 (11:59 PM). The revised merit list has been published today, i.e. 04 December 2025.
The DME has reiterated that candidates must lock their edited choices using the OTP, or else the previously locked choices will be used for allotment. It is also mandatory for all candidates to exercise the YES/NO option for upgradation at the time of admission, with the option editable through candidate login until 12 December 2025 (11:59 PM). Below is the detailed revised schedule-

Along with this, the MPDME has also published the Revised Merit List for the Extended Final Round of MP State Combined NEET UG Counselling 2025 for MBBS admissions. The updated list includes candidates who registered for the final round and met all eligibility requirements.
The revised merit list contains key details such as State Rank, Common Rank, NEET UG 2025 Score, All India Rank (AIR), Category, and Domicile Status. According to the list, the top-ranking candidates in the revised list include those with AIRs ranging from approximately 1.29 lakh to over 8.70 lakh, with scores varying between 454 and 176 marks, depending on category and availability of seats.
