According to the seat matrix, the seat matrix is intended to assist eligible candidates in exercising their preferences during the first round of counselling. The document includes details of participating institutions, specialities offered, seat availability, management category, and service bond requirements.
The indicative seat matrix includes seats in a wide range of FNB super speciality programmes. For each participating hospital or institution, the matrix specifies the name and location of the institute, state or Union Territory, FNB speciality offered, management category (Government, Private, Central Government, Railway, Defence, ESI, etc.), total number of seats and whether a service bond is applicable.
NBEMS has advised candidates to contact the respective hospitals or visit their official websites to verify the applicable service bond policy before filling their counselling choices.
The Board has also encouraged candidates to contact the concerned institutions for any additional information related to the fellowship programme or admission process.
NBEMS has clarified that the seat matrix is purely provisional and may be subject to revision before or during the counselling process. Candidates have therefore been advised to regularly check the NBEMS website for updated notifications and counselling-related announcements.
