DME Assam issues notice on Round 2 Counselling for BSc Nursing admissions
Assam: Through a recent notice, the DME Assam has informed baout the 2nd Round Offline Counseling and Spot Admission for Selection of Candidates for Admission Into the Vacant Seats of 1st year B.sc Nursing Course in the 3 Government Nursing Colleges of Assam, Session 2022
This is for general information of all candidates who appeared in the Common Entrance Examination, 2022 conducted by the Srimanta Sankaradevn University of Health Sciences for admission into 10 year B.sc Nursing course in the 3 Government Nursing Colleges of Assam for the session 2022, that the 2nd round offline counseling and spot admission for selection of candidates for admission into the vacant seats of 181 year B.sc Nursing course is scheduled to be held on 31d October/ 2022 as per schedule given below. Candidates applying under various reserved categories are required to produce the appropriate certificates/testimonials etc. in original issued by competent authority before the Selection Board at the time of counseling. The following candidates shown rank-wise and category-wise of Merit list of CEE'2022 who have full filled all the eligibility criteria for admission into B.sc Nursing course are hereby requested to appear in the offline counseling of B.sc Nursing course session 2022.
Those candidates who already got admitted after 1st counseling and are willing to change their institution as per available vacancy in order of merit may also appear in the 2nd counseling.
Candidate who are satisfied with their allotted institution during the 1st counseling need not appear in the 2nd round of counseling and their seat in already allotted institution shall remain unchanged.
Candidates not yet admitted must bring with them all original testimonials ie. Admit Card of CEE-2022, Marks sheets of 10+2 Exam, Admit Card of HSLC examination, Pass Certificates, PRC, Caste certificates and other relevant documents at the time of counseling. The admitted candidate who desire to change their institution shall produce their admission receipt at the time of counseling.
(A) All candidates secured Rank upto 240 of CEE'2022.
(B) Candidates belonging to OBC/MOBC Category Rank upto 405 of CEE'2022.
(C) Candidates belonging to ST(P) category Rank upto 454 of CEE'2022
(D) Candidates belonging to ST(H) Quota Rank upto 1154 of CEE'2022
(E) Candidates belonging to TGL/Ex-TGL Quota Rank upto 768 of CEE'2022
(F) Candidates belonging to EWS Quota Rank upto 253 of CEE'2022
