Dr YSR University of Health Sciences Releases Reporting Schedule For MSc Nursing Mop-Up Round Selected Candidates
Andhra Pradesh: Dr YSR University of Health Sciences has released the reporting schedule for the MSc Nursing mop-up round selected candidates.
As per the notice, the mop-up round of web counselling is completed and candidates have to report at the respective nursing colleges on or before 03.00 PM on 29-01-2024.
The University has verified the uploaded scanned copies of certificates of the candidates for admission. The original certificates of the candidates were not verified by the University. The colleges are requested to constitute a “Committee” consisting of 2 or 3 Professors and the Principal as the chairman of the Committee shall arrange to verify the original certificates of the candidates before completing the process of admission. All the original certificates must be verified very carefully and any discrepancies must be brought to the notice of the University immediately.
The “Committee” to be constituted at the colleges, shall verify all the original certificates of the candidates as the University has verified only the scanned and uploaded documents. Any deviation should be brought to the University's notice immediately.
Social Status Certificates issued by States other than AP/TS are not considered and should be informed to the University immediately.
The candidates who were allotted seats in Phase-I & Phase-II/Final counselling are not eligible to participate in this mop-up round counselling. The candidates who get allotment in this mop-up round counselling should compulsorily join in the allotted college.
Candidates will receive the message on their registered mobile after allotment of a seat, if a seat is allotted. The candidates are also instructed to visit the websites mentioned in the notice below for the status of allotment. Candidates can download the provisional allotment order on payment of University Fee through the payment gateway.
Candidates are informed to check their mop-up allotment, take printouts of allotment letter from the web and report to the respective colleges on or before the date specified on the allotment letter with all original certificates and pay the tuition fee to complete the admission process, failing which the candidate will lose the admission.
The verification of original certificates will be conducted at the time of reporting in the respective college and in case of any discrepancy, the Provisional allotment will be cancelled and action will be initiated. The University fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
If any candidate wishes to discontinue their course, after closure of the admission (or) during the course of the period should pay an amount of Rs. 25000/-+4500/-@18% GST (Rupees Twenty Nine Thousand Five Hundred only) in the form of DD drawn in favour of the Registrar, Dr.YSR University of Health Sciences, A.P., Vijayawada.
After the cutoff date for reporting i.e., by 03.00 PM on 29-01-2024, no candidate should be admitted and their Provisional admission is deemed to be cancelled without any further intimation.
Principals have to upload the Report/Not Reported data on the website mentioned in the notice below by 4.00 PM on 29-01-2024.
The principal is to verify the AP PG Paramedical Admissions Application, Verification Report and Allotment Letter from of the candidate and as per the remarks in the Verification Report (if any).
The classes for M.Sc (N) courses already commenced on 27.12.2023.

The following are the documents to be verified –
1. University Allotment Order (Please verify and confirm with the list in the University website), Application and Verification Report. Please notice the remarks if any given in the Verification Report.
2. B.Sc (Nursing) / Post Basic B.Sc(N) Provisional or Original Degree Certificate
3. B.Sc (N) / Post Basic B.Sc(N) study certificate
4. University Marks Memos of B.Sc (N) / Post Basic B.Sc(N)/ IGNOU from 1st to Final Year
5. State Council Registration certificate
6. Residence Certificate of the candidate or either parent issued by MRO/Tahsildar/AP for a period of Ten years (Period to be specified with exact month and year) excluding the period of study/employment outside the state
7. The Latest Social Status Certificate in case of BC/SC/ST candidates issued by the Government of AP/TS
8. PWD Certificate. (If applicable)
9. Employment Certificate of parent. (For Non-Local Status)
10. Experience Certificate
11. Aadhar Card or Photo Identification proof
12. Local status certificate issued by MRO of AP (candidates migrated from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh) (if applicable)
