AP: Rangaraya Medical College association felicitates 2 Trauma care Doctors
Replying to felicitations Dr. Y Kalyana Chakravarty Managing Director of Trust Multi specialties hospitals said that the conference gave them much-needed exposure to the latest innovative techniques in emergency medical care.
Kakinada: The members of Rangaraya medical college old students association (Ramcosa) have felicitated two leading doctors of trauma care - Dr. Y Kalyan Chakravarty and Dr. Lakshminarayana on the eve of their participation in the prestigious international medical conference held at Dallas, United States, at a function held at the Ramcosa hall.
Noted dermatologist Dr. Vadrevu Ravi while honouring the doctors with shawls said both of them had brought recognition to the Indian medical association Kakinada branch and also laurels to Ramcosa by submitting papers on trauma care.
Replying to felicitations Dr. Y Kalyana Chakravarty Managing Director of Trust Multi specialties hospitals said that the conference gave them much-needed exposure to the latest innovative techniques in emergency medical care.
Dr. Lakshminarayana who is a reputed anesthesiologist said the Dallas conference gave the opportunity of meeting leading medical experts of various specialties and exchanging valuable experiences and special techniques in trauma care.
Ramcosa treasurer Dr. Chitla Kiran, Ramcosa founding members, retired DMHO Dr SSC Chakrarao, Dr Rangarao, Dr Moka Pavan Kumar, Dr Anand, Dr Tagore, Dr GS Murty, Dr Mahalakshmi, and Rangaraya medical college Principal Dr. Narasimham were among those who attended.
Medical Dialogues team had earlier reported that 46 doctors across the country had been titled honorary Professors of IMA for their contribution to the professional development programme of the IMA in a ceremony observing Teachers Day. The doctors had been conferred these awards by Union Health Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya.
The special event was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, Hon'ble Minister of Health & Family Welfare, GoI, in the presence of Shri Pashupati Kumar Paras, Hon'ble Minister of Food Processing Industries, GoI, and Mrs. Meenakshi Lekhi, Hon'ble Minister of State of External Affairs, GoI who were the Guest of Honour.
