NATCO Pharma Launches Generic Carboplatin Injection in US

The product is being launched in collaboration with Chennai-based Teyro Labs Pvt Ltd to help address a critical shortage of the drug in the US market.

Carboplatin Injection is indicated for the treatment of advanced ovarian carcinoma. Its uses include first-line combination therapy and palliative treatment of recurrent disease in patients who have previously undergone chemotherapy.

According to NATCO Pharma, Carboplatin Injection recorded estimated US sales of $27.8 million for the 12 months ended June 2026, based on industry sales data.

The launch strengthens NATCO Pharma’s presence in the US generics market, where the company focuses on pharmaceutical products with limited competition.
