Strides Pharma Science arm voluntarily dissolves
Bengaluru: Strides Pharma Science has announced that Generic Partners UK Ltd, a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has been voluntarily dissolved.
"As part of right sizing of group entities and eliminating non-operating entities, we would like to inform you that Generic Partners UK Ltd (GP UK), a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has been voluntarily dissolved effective March 18, 2025," Strides informed in a BSE filing.
Generic Partners UK was a non-operating company and its contribution to the consolidated turnover of the Company for the financial year 2023-24 was NIL.
