Cut slackness in treating COVID-19 suspects: KDMC serves ultimatum to private doctors
Thane - Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation (KDMC) chief on Wednesday issued an ultimatum to private doctors to cut slackness while treating patients exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms. Thane - Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation (KDMC) chief on Wednesday issued an ultimatum to private doctors to cut slackness while treating patients exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms.
KDMC Commissioner Dr Vijay Suryavanshi has asked the civic officials to register offences against such doctors under the acts enforced since the pandemic outbreak.

Meanwhile, he also launched a program titled Family Doctor Covid Fighter, urging the doctors to refer feverish patients to civic centers for the Corona test.
In the past week, KDMC has carried out 7,979 antigen tests, out of which, 2,626 people were found to be infected.
