VIMSAR first-year MBBS student jumps off hostel building, critical
Sambalpur: A first-year MBBS student of Veer Surendra Sai Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (VIMSAR) has allegedly attempted suicide by jumping off her hostel building on late Tuesday night.
As per a recent media report, the medico has been admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in a critical condition. She is currently undergoing treatment.
She is said to be a native of Visakhapatnam. According to sources, she jumped off the roof of the three-storied hostel building last night.

After getting the information, the local police arrived at the spot and initiated a probe to ascertain the cause behind her suicide attempt, reports Pragtivadi.
Medical Dialogues team had earlier reported about a third year MBBS student of Malabar Medical College, Modakkallur who had allegedly jumped from the third floor in suicide attempt.
