Telangana MBBS Student Dies in Bike Accident in Vietnam

Telangana- In a tragic incident, a 21-year-old student pursuing MBBS in Vietnam died in a road accident, and another was seriously injured. The medico died after his bike collided with a wall at high speed.
The incident took place on Wednesday around 6 a.m. near Bung Xang Lake in Can Tho City's Ninh Kieu District and was captured on CCTV cameras installed at the spot. The deceased has been identified as Ashrik from Kagaznagar town in Telangana.
According to media reports, two Indian nationals and students of a local university, were riding a high-powered motorcycle when the motorcycle lost control at a turn, climbed onto the sidewalk, and collided with the fence of a residential house in An Khan Ward. The impact broke a portion of the wall, which was about two metres high and more than four metres long. The rider was thrown about five metres away and died on the spot, while the passenger was thrown to the ground and suffered serious injuries. He was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital for emergency treatment.
Meanwhile, the family of the deceased was immediately informed about the incident and local authorities have launched an investigation into the accident.
The video shows that the road was wet due to rain and he was riding at a high speed on the slippery road. The CCTV video shows that Ashrith lost control of his bike while taking a turn at a very high speed. While trying to dodge a couple coming from the other direction, Ashrith crashed into a wall of a building on the side of the road. Ashrith and his friend rammed into the wall and were flung into the air to some height due to the impact of the collision. As per reports, Ashrith died on the spot and his friend suffered serious injuries in the horrific accident, reports Free Press Journal.
