MUHS Invites Applications For Centralized Online Admission Procedure to MPH course 2022-23, Check out Details

Maharashtra: Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) has invited applications for a centralized online admission procedure for Master in Public Health (MPH) courses conducted by the University for the academic year 2022-23.

The centralized online admission application form submission link is active till 5th August 2022 (11:59 pm). The link is available on the University website www.muhs.ac.in. The candidates can also click on the link https://intranet.muhs.ac.in/admission_pg_application_form.aspx for filling out the application form.

The candidates will have to submit one set of self-attested photocopies of certificates/documents along with a print copy of the application form by post/by hand to the University on or before 12th August 2022. All the original documents and two sets of attested photocopies should be brought and submitted (if selected) at the time of Admission.

Following self-attested photocopies are required to be submitted along with the print copy of the application form strictly in the given order –

E.B.C. is issued by the appropriate authority and should be valid up to 31/03/2023 (If applicable )

Attempt Certificate of all examinations in Degree course from Head of the Institute (If applicable )

Gazette for change in name (If applicable )

10.

Migration Certificate issued by the respective University (If applicable )

11.

Self-Educational Gap Certificate (after qualifying Degree) Affidavit by student certified by Executive Magistrate/ Notary. (If applicable)

12.

Medical Fitness Certificate as per Brochure format.

13.

Physically Handicapped Certificate as per brochure format. (If applicable )

14.

Self-declaration form for self-attestation

15.

Undertaking regarding registration in voter list

The detailed schedule -

1. Last date of receipt of hard copy of online application forms along with self-attested Photo Copy of necessary documents to the University – 12th August 2022

2. Scrutiny of the applications - 17th August 2022 - 19th August 2022

3. Issue of Admit Card for CET – 23rd August 2022

4. Date and Time of CET Test - 28th August 2022 (11:00 am – 12:30 pm)

5. Display of the provisional Merit List – Will be published on the website. No date has been announced yet.

6. Submission of grievance regarding provisional merit list – Will be published on the website. No date has been announced yet.

7. Display of the final merit list & first round allotment – Will be published on the website. No date has been announced yet.

8. Documents verification confirmation of Admission for the First (I) Admission Round at the respective study center – Will be published on the website. No date has been announced yet.

9. Reporting to admitted college - Will be published on the website. No date has been announced yet.

10. Admission Cut-Off date – 31st November 2022

The candidates can choose any one of the following examination centers for CET, but the University will decide on the examination center after taking the review of the Covid-19 pandemic situation and based on the choice of no. of applications received for the respective center–

MUHS has further announced that MPH has 30 seats allotted for the academic year 2022-23. Candidates note that if the number of eligible candidates is higher and if the government permits, then the University may increase the number of seats or study centers.

All fee concessions are given by the government, such as free ship/ scholarship, etc., are admissible only after subject to approval from concerned state Government departments /authorities, if applicable. The candidates will have to pay the total amount fee for their respective academic years before the commencement of the respective academic year. They will have to pay examination fees and any other fees applicable as per the MUHS circular.

The candidates who have confirmed their Admission may cancel Admission by submitting an application and may request a refund of fees. The refund of fees to candidates admitted for all courses shall be made after deduction as under.
