Maulana Azad Medical College Set to Host MAMC Dialogues 2026
New Delhi: MAMC Dialogues 2026 will bring together leading voices in healthcare, research and innovation to examine how new ideas can be translated into meaningful, scalable and sustainable change. The event is scheduled for September 5, 2026, at the MAMC Auditorium, Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi.
Organised by Gurukool, Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC), the annual platform brings together healthcare professionals, researchers, innovators, students and changemakers to discuss emerging priorities shaping healthcare and society. The 2026 edition is themed “एक आरम्भ, एक संकल्प - Vision to Impact through Systemic Innovation.”
The expected key speakers at MAMC Dialogues 2026 include Dr Anurag Agrawal, Dean, Biosciences & Health Research, Trivedi School of Biosciences, Ashoka University; Dr Soumya Swaminathan, pediatrician and former Deputy Director-General, World Health Organization (WHO); and Dr Sushil Sharma, anesthesiologist and Founder, Aarohi.
The event will focus on moving from vision to implementation and from individual ideas to systemic change. Key discussions will examine how India can prepare for the next wave of scientific, biomedical and technological innovation; how Indian research can achieve stronger global relevance and impact; and how evidence and scientific knowledge can be translated into meaningful health outcomes.
Other themes include preparing India for an emerging innovation boom, strengthening the international standing of Indian research, improving healthcare access in the Himalayan region, and encouraging medical students and young healthcare professionals to participate actively in shaping the future of healthcare. Together, the conversations will connect three broad pillars- innovation, research and accessibility.
Beyond the scientific conversations, delegates can look forward to cross-disciplinary interactions, a Meet & Greet with speakers, the Gurukool Rolling Trophy, a cultural programme, networking and opportunities for exchange between students and professionals.
