UP DGME notifies on PC PNDT counselling 2023- 2024, details

Lucknow: Through a recent notice, the Directorate of Medical Education and Training Uttar Pradesh (UP DGME) has notified about the PC PNDT counselling 2023-2024.

According to the released notice, the counselling will be done as per the following guidelines:-

1.) Online Registration of Candidates and State Merit List:-

Online registration needs to be done by candidates who have qualified NEET PG 2023. Merit list for counselling will be prepared by the officer with the help of NIC.

2.) Qualifications/Disqualifications:-

  • The candidate must have participated in the NEET PG-2023 examination and been declared qualified in the examination.
  • UP NEET PG 2023 counseling by government order dated 13.07.2023 Only on the basis of prescribed policy, such candidates whose internship will be completed by 11th August 2023.
  • The candidate must be a resident of Uttar Pradesh state and registered with the Uttar Pradesh Medical Council Will be mandatory.
  • Such candidates, who are currently studying in any postgraduate course or have failed, PCPNDT will not be eligible for admission to the course.

3.) Registration fee and Refund  :-

  • To participate in the counseling of P.C.P.N.D.T. course, the candidate must register by depositing the registration fee of Rs 3,000/- (Rupees three thousand only).
  • Registration fee is not refundable under any circumstances
  • The deposit amount for counseling of PCPNDT course is fixed at (Security Amount) Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand only).
  • The refund money of those candidates who will not take admission after allotment will be confiscated.
  • If any seat is not allotted to any candidate, then in such case his earnest money
  • Refund will be made as per rules to the same account from which payment has been made.

4.) Reservation

Seats for PCPNDT course in the state medical college/university. Reservation will be payable as follows:-

Vertical Reservation

* At present only 12 seats available for PCPNDT course are available. Counseling was done by making provision for reservation as per rules for weaker sections (EWS).

5) Admission Process:

Alloted candidates should attend the allotted college in person and pay the prescribed training fee.

At the time of admission, candidates should submit all the academic records in original form to the concerned college.

After taking admission of the candidate, if in the process of verification of any certificate from the competent level,

If any record/certificate/information is found forged, the admission of the candidate will be cancelled. Legal action will be taken, for which the entire responsibility will be of the candidate himself.

7) Stipend :

Medical Education Section-2, Uttar Pradesh Government Notification No.-527/71-2-2016-178/2015, dated 23 February 2016, training for PCP NDT course. No stipend will be payable to the candidates during this period.
