AIIMS Delhi Announces Schedule For Open Round For DM, MCh, MD Hospital Administration Courses For INI January 2023 Session

Delhi: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS Delhi) has announced the schedule of the open round for institute allocation against applied subjects for admission to DM/MCh/MD Hospital Administration courses of INIs for the January 2023 session. The round will be conducted for 224 seats.

The detailed schedule –

1. Online exercising of choices for participation in open round of institute allocation – till 15.2.2023, up to 5:00 pm

2. Result for allotment of institute against the applied subject in the open round – 18.2.2023

3. Reporting & submission of documents - 20.2.2023, 11:00 am to 23.02.2023 up to 5:00 pm

Steps to register -

1. To register, go to www.aiimsexams.ac.in.

2. The candidates need to select desired course INI-SS, DM/MCh/MD Hospital Administration under the “Academic Courses” tab and then click on “Registration/Login” under General Links to proceed further to register.

3. Enter the Candidate ID and Password to log in. On “My Page,” click on the “Online Seat Allocation” link.

4. Candidates must register for an open round of online seat allocation and fill choices as per the vacant seat position & eligibility. Creating new login credentials for candidates who have not participated earlier in INI-SS January 2023 counseling is also required.

5. Candidates who have participated earlier may use old login credentials used in the 1st, 2nd & 3rd rounds of counseling.

6. Candidate will have to deposit an amount of Rs 3.0 Lakh in the account of the Account Officer Examination Section, AIIMS New Delhi, through RTGS, NEFT, or any other electronic Mode of payment. The account details are enclosed in the notice below.

7. Candidate will have to submit/attach the payment details and cancel the cheque in the online portal (My Page).

8. No candidate will be considered for available round counseling without prior willingness/registration, a deposit of Rs 3.00 Lakh & uploading of such payment receipts.

9. This is the last round of seat allocation, and no further round will be conducted.

Eligibility –

Candidates who have appeared in INI-SS for January 2023 session held on 6.11.2022 and obtained the following will be deemed to be provisionally eligible (subject to other criteria) to participate in the open round of institute allocation –

1. All participating candidates having obtained 50% OR above marks are eligible for an open round of Institute allocation.

2. Allocation of institutes will be done according to their merit in AML & CML.

3. Candidates who applied for General seats will be eligible only for General seats, and those who applied for sponsored seats will be eligible only for sponsored seats. There will be no merging of seats from general to sponsored or sponsored to general.

4. Eligibility for AIIMS New Delhi & other AIIMS, Candidates should be on AIIMS Merit List.

5. Candidates holding a seat at any Institute in the previous round are not eligible for this open round.

AIIMS has further announced that the sponsored & foreign national/OCI candidates may also participate in the open round.
